Hospital Shuttles

Easy-Go Connect Inc. (EGC) offers two Hospital Shuttle services.

The Shuttles offer door-to-door transport in EGC’s mini buses to ensure eligible (assessment criteria apply) passengers are able to attend appointments at Blacktown and Westmead Hospitals and surrounding medical centres and clinics.

As EGC requires some flexibility from our passengers with scheduling, a reduction in the contribution for these destinations is offered to Hospital Shuttle passengers:

$10.00 ~ Blacktown Hospital  $12.00 ~ Westmead Hospital.

• BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL. Minimum one week notice ~ Phone EGC on 9621 5518, then Press 2.
• EGC Office hours are 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays)
• When you call EGC, just ask for a booking on the Hospital Shuttle.
• The Hospital Shuttles will operate Monday to Friday.
• Both hospitals have eateries where you can sit, relax, and have a cuppa or a meal if you need to wait for your return trip.
• Confirm your booking by phoning the working day before your appointment.

EGC recognises the Hospital Shuttle Service may not suit everyone. We will accept bookings to attend these facilities in our other vehicles, depending on availability of resources including vehicles, drivers and volunteers. For non-Shuttle hospital trips, the current pricing schedule is — $12.00 to Blacktown Hospital and $22.00 to Westmead Hospital.
